JI-Projects

Up to November 2009, the Austrian JI/CDM Programme has concluded ERPAs (Emission Reduction Purchase Agreements) with 17 JI projects. They represent a total volume of up to 7.3 m t CO2e.
Among these 17 projects are primarily landfill gas projects, wind-parks and hydro power projects. Countries with more than one JI project are Bulgaria (3), Estonia (3), Hungary (3) and Russia (3).
